Collaborated with local designer / researcher in creating a
book for a competition for rebranding a local recreational vehicles store
.

 

The Store was launching a new range of lightweight vehicles, such as snowmobiles, dune buggies, and four-wheelers. To showcase their new range of vehicles, they organized a competition to rebrand their Store. The new products targeted teenagers and young adults, who wanted an inexpensive, powerful, fast, lightweight, and easy to ride vehicles.

The rebranded Mustang logo was designed to showcase that speed and power can come from lightweight vehicles. The gracefully curved flying hairs join the mustang's strong jaw to illustrate the strength in the company and products. The book is designed with contrast colors - red and gray - to give it a touch of strength. It shows the process of rebranding a company from its logo, audience, style, visual system, and merchandise. The book is a visual guide for the rebranded company to follow in the future, so everything in their company, from store products to website are cohesive and promote the brand in a positive light.
